Our client in the finance industry seeks an experienced technical Business analyst with strong Treasury knowledge (Loan, Deposit, Credit) to assist in the implementation of a new funding model.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis, define and collect business requirements in collaboration with business partners and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with development team as the business/functional counterpart in solution identification
  • Support newly identified conceptual designs newly identified business solution options.
  • Supports creation of business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions.
  • Support the preparation of feasibility studies and estimates.
  • Participate in the creation of Terms of Reference documents and other related materials for projects.
  • Work with the business to design effective processes

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience within Treasury (Loan, Deposit and credit)
  • Experience of Formal modelling techniques, including UML
  • Strong data analysis and modelling experience, including SQL and databases
  • Ability to write technical specifications for the development team.
  • Broad knowledge of technology and an excellent understanding of how it impacts business
  • Exposure to multiple methodologies from "Traditional" to Agile approaches, including SCRUM and more agile engineering
