Our client in Zurich, a worldwide leading search engine provider, is currently looking for a Shopping Quality Evaluator/Analyst to join the Zurich team.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the quality of our client's shopping search results by evaluating their shopping search results (web and shopping property) to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Cooperate with engineering teams to improve our search, data and catalog quality.
- Develop and share practices for search, data and catalog quality investigation and analysis.
- Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow.
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or bug issues to follow up with engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent web research and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of English is a must.
- Interest in shopping is a plus.
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.
- Relevant experience in an Internet company and with web research is preferred.
Location: Zurich
Contract: 3 months
