Our client, a marketleading search engine provider in Zurich, is currently looking for a Program Coordinator.

The job will include the following areas:Portal Management:

  • Manage portal content on a daily basis and perform an on-going quality assurance of the user experience in the portal for AT and CH, languages DE and FR

Outsourced operations:

  • Qualify 3rd party services and act as the main point of contact with outsourced parties to ensure high quality service standards including delivering on-site training and performance tracking.

Community building:

  • Plan and execute outreach activities for the external agency audience (Outreach activities include but are not limited to in-house ads, cross-sell, PR), build effective communication channels with existing members (Community communication includes but is not limited to FAQs, newsletters, forum, CRs, and collateral).

Event Management:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing successful online training, seminars and conferences

Event Management:

  • Prepare and create event collaterals within 3 types of events (on-site seminars for product and certification; focus group/roundtable discussions with program members; annual Engage conference.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating portal functionalities
  • Managing manual tracking
  • Sending communications/newsletters via email
  • Liaising with our Web Master team for portal development
  • Reviewing agency acquisition targets & actuals
  • Bi-Weekly review of portal analytics
  • Review of House Ads
  • Maintaining close relationship with agencies
  • Working to acquire new SBS agencies to join Engage (DM, events, other)
  • Develop case studies for portal/AdWords

Preferred Skills:

  • MA/BA or equivalent extensive experience in marketing and channel programme management.
  • Understanding of Google Business Solutions and online advertising market.
  • Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using HTML
  • Fluent in English, German and French
