For my client I am looking for a Corporate Actions SpecialistYou will be responsible to identify, track and determine the implication of all corporate actions for all customer and proprietary positions within Europe
Description:
- Analysis and monitoring of incoming corporate action information while also collecting any missing data
- Analysing and monitoring incoming counterparty claims by initiating and payments or deliveries
- Evaluating and calculating the adjustments needed to occur on accounts with clearinghouses and banks
- Instructing the clearing houses and banks with instructions for corporate events
- Support Clearing Associates and Self Clearers daily with regard to corporate events
- Liasing with offices across Europe and America
You are:
- ideally a Bank apprenticeship
- Banking experience - 2 years to 3 years in Corporate Actions ideally
- Able to use new Technology and ideally a Proficient MS Office user
- Fluent in English and German to integrate with the team
- Ambitious, detail oriented and accurate
