PMO for an interesting Project in Zürich, SwitzerlandOn behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a PMO for a 3 month contract with possibility of extension. For this contract opportunity based in the heart of Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be;
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record in PMO
- Document, track, progress and report issues and risks
- Monitor schedule baseline and report potential deviations
- General administration and support
- Develop and manage processes and guidelines
- Manage project repository
- Monitor dependences between project work streams
- Publish management report on project status
- Ensure compliance to internal project management standards and framework
- Generate executive and management presentations
- Other activities as deemed necessary
The following skills and experience are required for this position;
- Well organised
- Flexible to change
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Outstanding communicator
- Shows initiative and is proactive
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Candidates with certificates in PMI, IPMA or PRINCE are desirable although not mandatory
