Payroll Specialist (f/m)Fixed-term contract 100%
Assignment length: until approx. April 2013
Immediate start!
supporting the Human Resources Team in Zug.
The main focus of this role is to support the Payroll Process and various Payroll related projects administratively as well in the daily business in general.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the daily activities of the team as required
2. Review and clear Project Backlog.
3. Review, identification and amendment of databases
4. Migration and entry of relevant payments from the old system to the new one, including review, undertaken in 2012, will be entered into the system
5. Participate in various current payroll projects
QUALIFICATION
• Relevant Education in Finance
• Expert knowlegde of SAP HR
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Good MS Office knowledge
SKILLSET
• Experience working in Payroll
• HR and Payroll Experience (approx. 1-3 yrs)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

English – fluent (nice-to-have)
German – fluent (must)
