For the Corporate Communications function at one of our international clients, we are looking for a:
Digital Engagement - Technical Project Coordinator
You will manage all technical aspects linked to Digital/IT activities for Corporate Communications, including:
- Supporting new digital initiatives by providing project management expertise (coordination of meetings, chasing deliverables, raising risks, reporting on progress)
- Maintaining and supporting existing digital solutions, to deliver best in class services
- Acting as a back-up for the Digital Champion
- Acting as the single contact point for requests, tickets and incidents in the Digital Services Unit
- Ensuring proper collaboration with technical and business teams
Candidates applying for this role must be able to demonstrate:
- Complete understanding of Web technologies including complex designs and architectures
- Experience of working in large, international environments
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully work with business owners and stakeholders, end users, system owners, IT specialists as well as suppliers
- Proficient analytical skills to resolve complex problems in a comprehensive and timely manner
- Fluency in both verbal and written English
This is a contract position with an international client for one year in the first instance. The client is located minutes from Lake Geneva, on the Swiss Riviera and close to Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
