Main tasks:
Work in an international team closely with the architects and senior management to support, design and implement a CAD System.
Scope of Work:
Training Staff
End-user support for the Bricscad or AUTOCAD applications
Processing of plans in different architecture layers and layouts
Ensure data quality in the plans
Development and maintenance of furniture library
Editing of Request for changes and development releases.
Requirements:
3-5 years of working experience with CAD (Bricscad/Autocad)
3-5 years of working experience with work place management systems
5 years of working experience with UNIX systems
5 years of working experience with Apache Tomcat
Development skills C++/C#
Expert knowledge in Workplace/-space Management
Expert Knowledge in Smart Working plan structures
Processing plans in different formats (eg PDF and SVG format)
A proactive and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure is required
Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player is a must
Real Estate Management working experience is a must
German AND English language skills are both in written and spoken form required
Education required is at MSC, BSc level
Work place is Zurich
Start Date is planned for 03.12.2012 o.n.v.
