On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Document Management Support Consultant for a contract position within a fast moving and interesting company. Our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Initial contract is for 3 months.

- The experience needed for this position is:
- Minimum 7 years of hands on experience in Documentum product suite
- Must have extensive exposure on EMC Documentum 6.5 SP3. Also ISIpublisher and eCTDExpress are a must.
- Extensive experience in production application support
- Must have hands on experience in Documentum version upgrade and migration
- Strong Documentum application administration skills including DQL and API queries, users, ACLs, scripts etc
- Strong expertise in Documentum Product configuration, design and support of Workflow and Lifecycles.
- Experienced in development and implementation of Documentum environments.
- Rational and analytical approach to problem solving. Issue investigation and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, stakeholder relationship building, team player.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, to support global implementation across different time zones
- Must have experience in providing L2 support for regulatory submission software like ectdExpress and ISIPublisher
- Should have a good understanding of the Pharma domain and regulatory submissions and must have worked in the Phrama domain for at least 4-5 years.
