Beschreibung
PMO with strong knowledge of project planning, tracking, and risk tools is required for a new year contract. Candidates will have a min of 4/5 years PMO, have worked on large scale projects, and finance, banking or insurance industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record in PMO
- Document, track, progress and report issues and risks
- Monitor schedule baseline and report potential deviations
- General administration and support
- Develop and manage processes and guidelines
- Manage project repository
- Monitor dependences between project work streams
- Publish management report on project status
- Ensure compliance to internal project management standards and framework
- Generate executive and management presentations
- Candidates with certificates in PMI, IPMA or PRINCE are desirable although not mandatory
- Fluent in English and German is essential.
