For our customer in Zurich we are looking for an

Agencies Coordinator

Your responsibility:

  • Manage portal content on a daily basis and perform an on-going quality assurance of the user experience in the portal
  • Qualify 3rd party services and act as the main point of contact with outsourced parties to ensure high quality service standards including delivering on-site training and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute outreach activities for the external agency audience, build effective communication channels with existing members
  • Assist in coordinating and executing successful online training, seminars and conferences
  • Prepare and create event collaterals
  • Liaising with the Web Master team for portal development
  • Sending communications/newsletters via email

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, German and French
  • MA/BA or equivalent extensive experience in marketing and channel programme management
  • Understanding of online advertising market
  • Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using HTML and Good Excel Skills
