For our customer in Zurich we are looking for an
Agencies Coordinator
Your responsibility:
- Manage portal content on a daily basis and perform an on-going quality assurance of the user experience in the portal
- Qualify 3rd party services and act as the main point of contact with outsourced parties to ensure high quality service standards including delivering on-site training and performance tracking
- Plan and execute outreach activities for the external agency audience, build effective communication channels with existing members
- Assist in coordinating and executing successful online training, seminars and conferences
- Prepare and create event collaterals
- Liaising with the Web Master team for portal development
- Sending communications/newsletters via email
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, German and French
- MA/BA or equivalent extensive experience in marketing and channel programme management
- Understanding of online advertising market
- Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Experience using HTML and Good Excel Skills
