C++/software developer/HPC/life science/pharma/unix/python
On behalf of our client, an international company from pharmaceutical industry based in Basel, we are seeking a C++ Developer for a contract till the end of 2013.
In this challenging position you will be responsible for development of software solutions for scientific purposes. You will work with an international team of software scientists and will have great chance to gain interesting experience in the life science area.
To be successful, you bring the following to the role:
- 5 years of experience in C++ Development
- Ideally you have experience working in life science, pharmaceutical industry etc.
- You should be familiar with scientific software
- Experience in HPC and grid computing
- Good skills in Python, Fortran or MPI are highly desirable
- Knowledge of Unix environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
