An excellent contract opportunity has arisen at a world renowned FMCG business based in Vevey, Switzerland for a Collaboration and Directory Services Specialist. This is a minimum 6 month contract paying 500 CHF Swiss Francs per day. The role is based in Vevey, Switzerland which is very close to Lausanne.
Main purpose of the role is to Perform and coordinate delivery of support for all Collaboration & Directory services during his/her shift.
The Collaboration and Directory service includes the responsibility for installation, availability, quality of service, second and third level and project implementation support for the Markets and in the Globe data centers for the Active Directory (AD) software technology, associated directory services, Microsoft Exchange software technology and associated infrastructure applications according to agreed SLO's and/or project plans. The service is delivered using an offshore provider for agreed but evolving tasks.
Perform and coordinate activities to achieve the implementation of individual and the team's plans and objectives, in line with the departmental strategy
Gradually but continuously improve work processes and procedures, documentation, out tasked/internal workload balance and productivity as per the team and individual objectives
Proactively coordinate execution of activities and achievement of results with Offshore Supplier
Ensure the Quality Assurance tasks are performed for each project and non project related release (CR)
Good technical skills on:
Exchange (Email, Mobile E-Mail), Anti Virus (Trend, MS Forefont,Symantec), Anti-
Spam, Instant Messaging/E-Conferencing , Office Faxing
Active Directory, Meta directory services, Quality assurance testing, Project
execution, DNS/DHCP, Legacy elimination
