Beschreibung
UNIX/Linux junior support analyst required for a long term contract based in an international bank in Zurich. You will provide support to a Global Support team offering support to bespoke internal applications via phone and email. You will be responsible for raising tickets and will provide an on-call service by phone on a weekly basis and 1 weekend in 4 you will also be on-call.
Must have skills
- UNIX or Linux support experience (2 years)
- Fluency in both English and German
- Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support
- Knowledge of Windows environment would be an advantage
This role is a junior position and will not suit candidates who have worked in this field for many years or are looking for a system administration role.
