PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently looking for Project Managers with strong functional exposure to join our team.
Office:
Nyon
Position Summary:
You will translate business needs into added value applications by managing teams and projects. You will be responsible for both project management and definition of applications requirements.
You will take decisive engagement for the scoping, design, development, testing and deployment of new applications. You will be the key point of contact for customer´s business, IT organization and third parties.
We are looking for Software Engineers with a strong consulting mindset, able to lead people, to deliver projects and to manage customers' relationship.
Duties & responsibilities
As Project Manager:
? Project planning, estimation and execution
? Task allocation, monitoring and tracking
? Project progress tracking and reporting
? Budget definition and control
? Production launch organization
? Quality Management
? People management
As Functional Lead:
? Scope definition
? Requirements gathering and feasibility assessment
? Testing supervision and monitoring
? Proactive functional issues identification, escalation and solving
Skills:
? Effective and proactive communication skills
? Excellent organisation and negotiation skills
? Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
? Responsible, open-minded and people oriented
Experience:
? 5+ years experience in project management or coordination
? 3+ years experience of software development lifecycle
Education & Languages:
? B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
? Fluent in French and English
