World's best Customer Service Managers - internal & external customers - any nationalities - Basel. Our client is an international financial institution located in Basel. In order to build a Customer Service Management team, Swisslinx is urgently seeking very dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager with international experience and outstanding communication skills. Are you looking for a long-term contract in a global institution where you get the chance to actively improve the current service management process landscape?

In this 3-year contract, you will be reporting to the Head of Service Management. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of internal and outsourced services to internal and external customers according to the SLAs.

In terms of accountabilities, this role includes and operational and a strategic part. On the operational side, you will be acting as a key interface between your unit (IT) and its internal customers and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the standard ITIL service management (Incident, Problem, Release, Change, Request, Configuration and Software Management). The strategic part of this role is about improving the Service Delivery processes as a whole, meaning that you will be actively involved in Business Relationship Management and Vendor Management. Additionally, you will help the Head of Service Management to ensure that the services provided by key vendors meets business needs and that the internal IT service delivery strategy can be continuously improved.

In order to be considered for this position, we are looking to find the best candidates in the global markets who do not only have excellent communication skills and international work experience in global institutions, but also can offer the following profile:

- University Degree
- Min. 7 years experience within Customer Service/Service Management
- Strong methodical skills, ITIL qualification highly desirable
- Excellent vendor and customer management skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and driven personality
- Strong escalations and prioritisation
- Ability to carry our assigned tasks in a professional, efficient and timely manner
- Perfect English; second language is advantageous
