Experis is seeking a "Test Manager" to join an international team
Main tasks:
Test Manager tasks shall encompass the following tasks:
- Create and define test cases
- Test execution
- Make sure the synchronization with the developers run
- Document the test set up a strategy of tests
- Support the test engineers
- Coordinate the
Requirements:
- 7 years of test management experience is a minimum expectation
- 2 years of experience in the finance industry is required
- Expertise knowledge of HP Quality Center tools
- Solid IT background is required covering Oracle and DB2 DB's, host Mainframe application experience
- Waterfall project method experience is preferred, Scrum experience is advantageous
- Solid RUP mad V-Modell experience is a must
- A proactive and flexible personality with the ability to work under pressure is required
- Communicative, motivated, self-starting team player is a must
- Fluent English is a must also German language communication skills are required
- Education required is at MBA, MSC, BSc level
- Testing certification is required for eg SAQ, ISQTB, ISEB
- English language skills are beneficial
