Transmission Program Manager
Our client, a big international telecoms company is urgently looking for a TRS Program Manager for a contract role based in Zurich.
The TRS Program Manager manage a portfolio of projects in Transmission department, executing to time, costs and quality targets.
S/He is working with the engineering teams to define and agree Transmission Strategy internally and with clients Customers.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
* Defining setting up and scoping new projects to meet strategy and requirements.
* Manage a Matrix organization providing end to end delivery assurance of project life cycle delivered to customer both internal and external requirements.
* Partner management to ensure timely delivery and excellent execution.
* Manage a team of Project Coordinators for swap/rollout of different TRS medias (MW,MRA, Fiber)
* Manage a portfolio of projects in Transmission department. Executing to time, costs and quality targets.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years working experience in Project Management of Wireless Access Network Rollout or Swap projects
* Sound experience of Transport and Transmission Planning and TRS Rollout
* Very good communication skills internal and in Customer interface
* Good technical background and state of the art knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE systems and Transport/Transmission systems
* Fluent oral and written German and English skills, French is an asset
* Based Zurich, Willingness to travel
