Provide leadership to a small team of Network Architects and EngineersFinance industry
MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Oversight of project activities
• Document and track project timelines, milestones, achievements, resources and risks
• Facilitate and moderate workshops and meetings with architects and engineers
• Prepare and facilitate executive steering committee meetings
• Partner with finance to monitor program investment and savings
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• At least 5 years track record of managing complex network projects in the enterprise IT Infrastructure area
• A good understanding of networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, switching, routing and firewalls
• Certification in PMP or any other Project Management Method is a requirement
• Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma and related frameworks and methodologies a plus.
• Cisco Certification is a plus
NON-TECHNICAL
Proven ability to achieve results in a rapidly changing global environment and extensive (i.e. level 3) experience in:
• Delivery: Ability to focus on priorities and deliverables, define and deliver to fixed dates, and to work under pressure.
• Communication: Ability to clearly and articulately express views and reasons for decisions, to audiences of different levels and skills.
LINGUISTIC
Taking into account the multi cultural environment a good English knowledge in speaking and writing is mandatory (level 3 / extensive) any additional European language (French or German) is an additional plus.
• Knowledge and skills in IT infrastructure with an emphasis on network technology.
• Knowledge of relevant Business Systems/Applications is an advantage.
