Project environment:
The IT Service Improvement project is part of the IT Service Excellence Program (Q) of a Swiss Insurance company. It aims at designing and implementing a reporting landscape for the IT function covering all kind of data relevant to steer IT: financials, service consumption, service/process quality, availability and performance. The project will develop the data model, data integration as well as the reporting tool set based on the requirements of various stakeholders.

Tasks:
• As-is analysis of system and report landscape
o Analysis of current application landscape relevant for reporting (financials, service consumption, availability & performance, service/process quality) via workshops with applications owners to collect information
o Identification of master sources for information
o Documentation of applications, interfaces and information objects in Visio and EA tool
o Analysis of existing key reports regarding used information objects
• Reporting requirements analysis for dedicated areas
o Run interviews with stakeholder and document reporting requirements, iteratively developing report samples
o Derive requirements for data model and integration systems
o Initial focus areas: Service consumption reporting, IT financial reporting, Service Operation KPIs


Requirements:
• Solid IT knowledge including data modeling
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Experience in BI / Reporting / DWH is a plus
