We are looking to hire a Lead Tester for the Zurich office in Switzerland. The candidate will join the project team as a Lead Tester.
The Role:
- Oversee complete test sets
- Classification of defect priorities according to Business Requirements
- Support generation of test data
- Support the overall Build of the development and test environments, maintain and fix environmental issues.
- Schedule usage of E2E test environments (including interfacing systems)
- Support planning of releases into production or test environments.
- Support dependencies between releases to be more clearly understood.
Requirements:
- Good technical understanding of electronic communication systems (mail, chat, social media)
- Understand high level technical architecture of complex environments (~10 interfacing systems)
- Test script creation
- Test set definition
- Test execution and reporting defects
- Planning and execution of System Testing
- Defect source identification
- Planning and coordination of Non-functional Testing
- Planning and coordination of User Acceptance Testing
- Experience working on large global vendor managed rollouts.
- Good technical and operational documentation skills
- Messaging Systems/Applications
- Ability to communicate with a variety of business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable:
- Ability to communicate in German
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with disciplined and structured approach
- Experience of Managing Complex and Demanding Global Clients
- Experience in 3rd Party Vendor Implementations
- Records Management knowledge is considered as an advantage
