Engineer for Maintenance & Services Activities – FranceOn behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for an Engineer for Maintenance & Services Activities to start immediately on a contract basis in France.
Responsibilities:
Temporary (until the end of the project delivery):
-being a functional engineer and part of the client’s project team
Principal:
-work as Service Manager for our client’s customer
-be main point of contact for any request dealing with maintenance and services topics
-perform and/or coordinate corrective or new software installation and validation
-receive and follow-up Change Requests with the pre-sales team
-participate in meetings with customers and issue weekly/monthly reports
-control support tickets resolution within SLA targets
-control performance KPI of the solution (because penalties are based on the platform performance and stability)
Requirements:
-engineering degree
-5 years work experience in the telecommunications industry
-technical skills on IN and OCS platforms with the capability to perform and/or coordinate investigations with the client’s experts
-French-speaking with fluent English
