For my client in the pharmaceutical industry, I am currently recuriting a team of 6 first and 4 second line supporters. The initial contract is set to run for 6 months but the project is to be extended until end of next year. 500 users+ need to be supported.Qualifications desired:
-Service focus
-previous experience in a similar role
-experience in software support (hardware is a bonus especially printer set-up)
-Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7
