For our customer in the area of Zurich we are looking for a Project Manager in Deployment of Vendor Management System
Supply & Demand Management (SDM) is a centralized service centre that manages all third-party Sourcing and Procurement activities. As part of an ongoing programme to expand the Procure to Pay (P2P) footprint and coverage, we are seeking a Project Manager for the Swiss deployment of our selected temps and contractor solution, Beeline.
Responsibilities:
Acting as a project lead with the scope to finish the project according to the agreed scope, time and budget In partnership with our selected third party providers, ensuring that there is an effective PMO structure pro-actively supporting all aspects of project management including planning and forecasting, documentation, quality management, risk management and communication and ultimately successful deployment Leading individual workstreams within project structure Ensuring effective communication of the project with the Global P2P council
The necessary technical and professional skills are the following: Exemplarily project management processes, methods and skills Knowledge and proven experience of successfully deploying a SAS solution Thorough understanding of procure to pay principles and environment Strong organisational skills which are based on a disciplined and structured approach Ability to operate in a dynamic and matrixed organization Strong MS Office skills including MS Project knowledge
Differentiating skills: Direct Beeline or other VMS (vendor management systems) such as Fieldglass exposure MSP implementation skills Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) related experience or Professional Services Sourcing experience (sound understanding of external staff sourcing)
Soft Skills: Strong team player and leadership skills Excellent communication skills (English and German) Flexible and able to work under pressure
