For a functional-technical role working on our client's new product development solution, we are looking for a SAP PPM & CATS Developer.
The successful candidate will provide functional and technical competence in SAP PPM modules (RPM & cProject) and CATS with a special focus on Time and Resource management. PPM cProject, HR integration and CATS expertise is a must.
The SAP PPM and CATS Specialist will perform the following Design, Construct, and Support activities:
- Specify, design & build optimal technical solution to meet specified business requirements while keeping the overall solution as simple as possible
- Help the NPDI team to leverage from standard 5.0 PPM and CATS functionality to serve new business requirements
- Ensure optimal integration between SAP PPM solution and the relevant SAP components (HR, CATS, accounting and other relevant interfaces)
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and bugs within 3rd level support
Candidates who wish to apply for this role must be able to demonstrate:
- 3+ years Full time hands-on configuration and implementation experience in the area of SAP PPM (with strong cProject and RPM) and CATS, with HR integration
- Minimum of 1 cProject and/or RPM full life cycle implementation
- Good general understanding of the functionalities of SAP PS (esp. planning, budgeting and actual postings to WBS elements along with relevant reporting)
- Web Dynpro ABAP, ABAP Objects, BAPI (BOR), Classical ABAP (Module Pool, Reports, DDIC), BAdI and User-Exit
- Configuration experience of CATS 4.7 enterprise (incl. HR Integration)
- Good technical knowledge of the Interfaces between PPM and CATS and HR
- Good presentation abilities, MS PPT
This is a contract position with an international client for just over 1 year in the first instance. The client is located minutes from Lake Geneva, on the Swiss Riviera and close to Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
