On behalf of a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for a Technical Writer (with business analysis skills) to start very soon an urgent role in Basel (Switzerland).
Main focus of this role is the creation of the training documentation for a planning tool, and finalization of the tool's technical documentation (specification, technical design). Activities will include illustration creation (processes partially already available) and assembling of many existing drafts into official project templates.
Main Tasks:
- Reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- Giving support in planning and carrying out organisational projects
- Supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- Consulting the sponsor regarding the planning and organisational resources.
Special Requirements:
- Experience with Powerpoint, Vision, Word etc. and ability to draw quickly processes & architectural designs(based on input)
- Quick learner, team player with technical background
- Experience in a similar context will be a major advantage
- Experience in multi-national, global companies
- Fluent English.
Project details:
- Start: immediately, 22.10.2012 will be perfect
- End: 28.12.2012
- No remote work option, normal working time will be 40 working hours/5 days in the Basel office
- Hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
