As part of a global team implementing a new Customer Planning and Managing solution for a major international client, we are looking for a SAP CRM Business Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Analysing business requirements for functional enhancements, and design system solutions - sign-off with architects in the team
- Completing the configuration of the SAP CRM7 solution for the trade promotions module as per own design
- Assisting with development and testing of the Trade Claims and Deductions solution which integrates to R/3
- Specifying custom developments, liaising directly with offshore team for delivery and issue resolution
- Documenting test scope and creation of test scripts - hand over to testing team
- Completing unit testing and integration testing - resolution of issues
- Documenting solution and knowledge transfer to support/implementation teams
- Assisting third level support team with resolution of more complex production issues
Candidates applying for this role must be able to demonstrate:
- Good understanding of SAP CRM trade promotion management
- Ability to configure solution (CRM 2007 or CRM7 preferred)
- Understanding of the business process for customer planning and managing
- Understanding of pricing and integration of CRM to R/3 customer service
This is a contract position with an international client for just over 1 year in the first instance. The client is located minutes from Lake Geneva, on the Swiss Riviera and close to Lausanne. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
