On behalf of our client, leading bank in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a Supply Manager Outsourcing & Offshoring.
The open position is residing in the Supply & Demand Management organization (SDM), which directs and controls all supply management activities (covering all 3rd party external spend categories) as a shared service and global competence center for the entire bank. Within SDM, outsourcing and offshoring tower is leading complex initiatives for services and outsourcing agreements. Experience can have been obtained in IT or broader business process outsourcing.
Sourcing and Negotiation of IT Service Contracts (mainly IT Consultancy Agreements and SW-Development) and/or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
Support in executing service descriptions, SLA definition, etc.
Vendor Relationship Management of strategic vendors
Relationship Management with internal and external Business Partners
Supply & Demand Management Initiative-, Process- and Service Improvements
Support of Global Sourcing Initiatives
To be considered for this role your CV must reflect the following skills:
- Bachelor Degree (Economics, IT or similar) or certified Supply Manager (dipl. Einkaufer)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar role
- ITO and/or BPO experience, ideally gained within a blue chip firm
- Sourcing Experiences and contractual law affinity
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Very good English oral and written (German is nice to have)
- Self-confident, reliable personality and being able to work independently
This is a 6 months contract with possibility of extension or internalisation to start October/November (100%) and located in Zurich.
