On behalf of our client, an international leading pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are currently seeking an experienced Application Supporter. The job will be in Basel and is a one year contract position starting in November 2012.
In this challenging role you are responsible for a specific application. You will provide high level support and provide trainings to end users. Furthermore you will be the single point of contact for this tool, which means that you will be responsible for all queries and tasks concerning this application.
For this interesting position you need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Previous experience in application support
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- First experience in Project Management is a plus
- Ability to travel (2 weeks application training at the beginning and 4 times a year a short trip to UK)
- Scripting knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
