Solution Architect/Project Manager required to lead a diverse set of re-engineering activities initiated under an Optimization program. As Solution Architect Project Manager you must have extensive experience with key technologies areas like Web-applications development (eg Java, GWT, J2EE), data integration (eg ETL), reference data management (eg MDM, MDB) and reporting (eg BI). You should have experience in managing stakeholders from both IT and client side.
Main tasks:
- Able to engage a diverse set of IT owners, systems experts and key domain knowledge experts to assist on project activities
- Manage and monitor the project plan to ensure successful completion of the plan activities and delivery of the project on schedule.
- Establish, implement and manage processes and procedures covering configuration management, including Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Documentation Management and Project Quality Assurance
- Take high-level activity description and work independently to define detailed architecture ensuring stakeholder buy-in is maintained
- Evaluate requirements and produce high level solution blue-prints in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect/design team and in consultation with technical experts
- Provide independent advice on the management of projects
Position requirements:
- Solid education and experience in IT as Solution Architect
- Open minded, able to interact with all levels of the company
- Well organized, process focused, efficient and cost conscious
- Wide understanding of Financial Market business with the ability to provide new ideas to solve business problems
- Fluent English, German is nice to have
- Asset Management knowledge (nice to have)
