Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Software Integration Projektleiter / Business Analyst wie folgt:
ROLE PURPOSE:
Develop overall integration concept between Digital Vision Control System (DVCS) and Artwork Next Generation (ANG) systems and workflows. Elaborate options for implementation and provide guidelines for business process integration across both projects. Apply high-level costing valuation and recommend next steps based on functional and non-functional, as well as financial impact analysis.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Drive the integration analysis for systems in scope of the DVCS and ANG projects:
Schlafender Hase Text Verification Tool (TVT) – text verification tool
EyeC Proofiler Graphic – graphics verification tool
Adobe Acrobat Pro – pre-flight check tool (artwork compliance verification with Novartis Artwork File Standard – NAFS)
Agile PLM – artwork management system
SCHEMA ST4 – artwork content management system
Represent a single point of contact (SPOC) for all DVCS and ANG integration activities
Perform DVCS/ANG integration analysis
Analyze relevant ANG project documentation (BRS, URS, process maps, etc.) and DVCS project documentation for business process integration opportunities and requirements
Analyze relevant vendor documentation for system integration capabilities and limitations
Organize and lead discussions and/or workshops with SMEs, vendors and project representatives for collecting input on integration requirements, possibilities across projects, processes and systems in scope
Develop DVCS/ANG Integration Concept document
Develop integration scenarios, applicable architecture models and propose implementation options
Evaluate and rate technical feasibility of individual integration scenarios from both functional and non-functional view
Capture architectural integration requirements
Provide high-level costing valuation of individual integration scenarios
Evaluate impact of integration scenarios on migration activities
Assist and contribute in secondary project-related activities
Provide input to DVCS & ANG project planning
Provide input to DVCS/ANG relevant documents: development, test, implementation, testing, integration, migration, archiving, solution concept, etc.
Support related development of architectural models and architecture documentation
Provide progress reports to DVCS & ANG project management
Develop lessons learned report
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Complete, agreed and signed by business Integration Concept for DVCS and ANG systems
Coverage of several integration options within Integration Concept together with pros/cons, technical constraints and high-level costing
Defined and agreed next steps for implementation of Integration Concept findings in practice
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: minimum Master’s university degree; adequate technical & IT background, business educational background is a plus
MUSTS:
minimum 5 years with exposure to the following areas: IT integration, Solution Architecture Design, Project Management, Business Analysis & Business Process Modeling
