For our client in Basel we are currently looking for a Trade Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Investigating and resolving confirmation mismatches and settlement failures together with the Front Office, custodians and customers.
- Maintaining static data and settlement instructions.
- Possibly participating in small IT projects.
- Producing of reports.

Qualification and experience required:
- Commercial diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year's work experience in back or Front Office activities.
- Experience with integrated trading systems desirable

Skills required:
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German or French desirable.
- Good knowledge of financial instruments.
- Experience with SWIFT messaging formats.
- Knowledge of Reuters and Bloomberg information systems
- Flexible, cooperative, good team player.
- Ability to work methodically and accurately, even under pressure.
- Customer-focused.
- Ability to communicate clearly and promptly.
- Computer literacy.
