On behalf of our good client, an international company, we are currently looking for a Helpdesk DE-EN, for a long mission position in the Zurich Canton.
The job:
- You will do some support towards the IT Infrastructure team (cabling, printing, LAN, IP Network, XP, 7 ...).
- You will do some support towards the Service Desk team (Itil knowledge)
- You will also do the support 1 and 2, and do the update of the documentation etc ...
Your profile:
- You are fluent in German, AND have a good level in English (a must).
- You have at least 1 years of experience, with an excellent knowledge of Support
- Knowledge of network, systems, hardware and service desk.
