Project environment:A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a UC4 expert to work as a key project member on the „UC4 implementation and batch optimization“ migration project. As a primary requirement, the candidate must have extensive UC4 experience (technical and functional) in order to support the Project Manager in delivering a successful migration.
Tasks:
• Acting as the key IT contact for the company’s Asset Management (SR AM) change team
• Being a UC4 subject matter expert that is able to deal with IT & the Business
• Working closely with the SR AM Project Manager
• Interacting with Application Management Services, Group Infrastructure, Batch IT teams & Batch Business teams, PMO etc.
• Liaising closely with IT owners to coordinate access to their TEST and UAT environments
• Helping with the planning of the batch migration strategy
• Some high level technical testing (UC4 results versus Legacy batch)
• Being aware of batch optimization opportunities during the migration
• Taking ownership of your work, escalations & recommendations where necessary
Requirements:
• Solid education and experience in IT
• Extensive technical and functional UC4 knowledge
• Knowledge of other batch software is desirable (especially TWS)
• Experience in batch migration from legacy systems to UC4
• A good understanding of environment management/concepts/constraints (Test, UAT, Prod)
• Project experience and exposure to Change Management is highly desirable
• An understanding of business landscapes, batch processes, data flows and the ability to challenge these flows and to initiative enhancement recommendations to the Project Manager
Soft Skills:
• A practical, logical individual that can easily focus on the key deliverables
• Flexible, approachable team player that may be asked to help out with ad-hoc project work, testing tasks, training etc.
• Fluent English. German & any other languages as a "nice to have"
