SAP Security Specialist - Team member
Location: Near Lausanne, Switzerland
Term: 12 months
ROLE PURPOSE
Contribute to the design, master build and implementation of an information security framework of common guidelines, policies, processes and technical solutions for Company applications.
MAIN RESPONIBILITIES
Applications Security Roles Design
Design roles and processes for role management including
- design, build, testing and packaging of Template Roles;
- localization procedures for all SAP applications in the company; and
- Monitoring their implementation.
Role Management Processes & Tools Design
Coordinate with the company's Template teams to provide tools and methods for managing roles assignment and user administration for all company's applications. Design Market Implementation Guides and Run Books to support the Implementation and Post-Implementation phases.
Risk Assessments
Assess and balance security vs. business requirements and escalate potential risks. Monitor changes to applications and ensure these are processed in line with information security requirements.
Knowledge Transfer and 3rd level Support
Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and 3rd level support to the company's Support Organization to enable them to implement the security solutions in the Markets.
Key Performance Metrics
Delivery of the security solutions within agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
Quality and clarity of training, measured by number of change requests and tickets raised on security related deliverables. Protection of Information measured by KPIs covering Vulnerability Reports, Security Patch Deployment, Penetration Test Results and Baseline Security Monitoring.

- XI, NWDI, SLD
- NetWeaver Administration, NetWeaver Portal
3. Project Management and Communication Skills
4. Results Focus, Service Orientation, Proactive Cooperation, Integrity
5. SAP Upgrades, Support Pack Implementation and Enhancement Packs
6. Internal Controls, Segregation of Duties, Business Processes
7. Language: fluent written and spoken English
2. Expert in SAP ECC6 and High proficiency in least 4 of the other listed environments
