TDMS AC SA Data BODS Specialist
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland
Term: 12 months
ROLE PURPOSE
As part of the BODS architecture pool within AC Data team, the BODS (SAP BusinessObjects Data Services) specialist will be in charge of the BODS architecture, the BODS development and promotion standards, guidelines, and processes. She/he will provide high level design, review detailed designed and perform QA of deliverables. She/he will evaluate and support the roll-out BODS upgrade, support and fix packs. She/he will propose and evaluate and support BODS architecture evolution. She/he will coordinate with SAP team the resolution of issues impacting BODS architecture and development.
MAIN RESPONIBILITIES
His/her key responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate all activities linked to BODS architecture
- Upgrade, fix pack support pack evaluation and roll-out
- Issue resolution
- Architecture evolution evaluation and roll out
- Integration with other application
- Provide technical support to the development team
- Design review (review proposed design, update development guidelines, job template, code QA, sustain documents...)
- Incident resolution coordination (analysis, work-around, fixing, escalation to SAP...)
- Provide technical coordination
- Detailed planning and follow-up of the technical and development activities
- Coordination with other teams regarding infrastructure set up, testing, hand-over to sustain team.
- Act as a POC for BODS development projects (coordinate the activities of the development coordinators, the other BODS architects, the IT teams...)
Key Skills
- Deep expertise/experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and Data Quality (including Address validation).
- Experience in integrating BO DS with SAP R3/BW
- Experience in developing IS projects following a methodology (D)
- Experience in running IS/IT projects in similar organization (D).
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (D), with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues (D)
- Ability to handle complex BO DS developments (HD).
