For our client, a global player based in Basel (Switzerland), we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:HR Administrative Expert (open end contract)
Your tasks in this position
• Provides qualified support to HR BPs and Line customers in relation to various HR processes.
• Communicates openly and consistently with client organization, HR network as well as with internal service functions regarding HR processes
• Workforce Administration; New hire/re-hire, onboarding, data changes, changes in work conditions, organizational change, expatriates (personal data management), long service awards, key dates, data integrity, termination of contract, off boarding, work certificates/testimonials/letters of reference, visa/work permits
• Payroll; Ensure precise adherence to guidelines/policies, administers earnings/deductions, maintain payroll data
Requirements
• Excellent administration experience
• You are an open-minded team player
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English is required
• HR Education (HR Admin.)
• Experience with SAP HR Module is a must have
