Our client, an international bank is looking for a Junior Windows Server Deployment Engineer for their System Operations of Windows and ESX server platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Installation of System Servers based on installation manual
- Lifecycle of Windows Servers based on defined processes and steps
- Lifecycle of ESX Servers based on defined processes and steps
- Configuration management tasks for Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008R2 and HP HW based on defined processes
- Change management tasks Windows OS and HP HW based on defined processes
Skills Required:
- Basic Windows Know How and experience in virtualization technology
- Basic Windows, ESX server operation (at least 1 year experience)
- Change process know-how and experience
- Change process know-how and experience
- SAN Infrastructure Know How preferred
- Network Basic Know How preferred (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Zoning, Fire-wall functionality)
- Fluent communication in English and German
