Tasks:
• Installation of Citrix Farms and System based on installation manual
• Lifecycle of Citrix Farm based on defined processes and steps
• Change & Configuration management tasks for Citrix Infrastructure on defined processes
• Quality gate "Release Manager"
• Review delivered packages and documentation
• Installation on test systems
• Basic shakedown testing of new packages
• Implement planned changes
• Install changes on production environment
• SPOC for various Application responsible
• Incident management of Citrix Farms
Technical skills:
• Strong XenApp 6 knowledge
• VDI knowledge
• Windows Server W2K8 R2 knowledge
• Basic Powershell 2.0 & 3.0 knowledge
• Solid ESX 4 Infrastructure knowledge
• Solid Active Directory knowledge
• Professional Citrix Know How (2 - 4 years of experience)
• Solid Windows know-how and experience in virtualisation technology
• Experienced Windows, ESX server operator (1 - 3 years experience)
• Change process know-how and experience
• Scripting know-how and experience preferred (e.g. Powershell)
• ITIL know-how
• SAN Infrastructure Base Know How preferred
Soft skills:
• Fluent communication in English and German
• Process oriented and structured work mandatory
