On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a System Controller (Identity Management Services) for a project in Switzerland.
Project description
Provide identity management services for end users (creation, moves, change, termination requests for user accounts.) Taking into account network security and data privacy requirements. Main Tasks
Processes user account creation (joiners) including basic access Processes user account changes, moves and terminations (leavers) Processes user authorization requests, logs them into the call management system Provide information to requestor on status of calls until closed Drives efficiency by utilizing globally defined best practice processes for IT operations Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management Special Requirements
Fluent English and German Identity Management Life Cycle Experience with Gmail implementation is an advantage Experience with Network Security Experience with data Privacy requirements Miscellaneous:
