Short description
- Provide timely identity management services for end users and authorized requestors including creation, change, and termination requests for user accounts. Taking into account network security and data privacy requirements.
Main Tasks
- Processes user account creation (joiners) including basic access
- Processes user account changes, moves and terminations (leavers)
- Processes user authorization requests, logs them into the call management system and provides information to requestor on status of calls until closed
- Follows procedures for the protection of individual data and privacy
- Drives efficiency by utilizing globally defined best practice processes for IT operations
- Promote customer and team feedback
- Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management
Special Requirements
- Fluent in German, spoken and in writing
- Fluent in English, spoken and in writing
- Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment
