Our client, a major international player in the FMCG industry, is looking for a:
Technical Delivery Coordinator
to manage the delivery of IT applicaitons (using SAP) to support Supply Chain Management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage portfolio of IS/IT projects in the Supply Chain area, from project inception, to delivery and support. Projects to be managed using the organisational 'new project life cycle' approach, involving key stakeholders at each stage
- Manage the delivery of technical solutions that meet the requirements of users, and align to existing technical landscape
- Liaise with third parties to provide solutions
- Participate in the negotiation of licences and SLAs
- Define Support process (implementation, incident and change management processes, RACI) and manage incident, resolution group, support process, change process
- Manage daily communication and issue resolution across involved resources
- Provide quality assurance of deliverable (specifications, estimates, code and documentation)
Candidates applying for this position must be able to demonstrate:
- Several years of comprehensive work experience in the Supply chain area, with delivery coordination and SAP/Microsoft technologies knowledge
- Good knowledge of the SAP landscape
- Good knowledge of supply chain area, processes and inter-relationships with other business areas
- Process analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be more easily understood by the general business community
- Strong decision making and judgement skills (ability to take data and make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)
This is a contract position with an international client - the initial contract is until the end of 2012, with extension for 2013 to be confirmed depending on performance and team priorities. The client is located minutes from Lake Geneva, on the Swiss Riviera and close to Lausanne.
