HP Quality Center and SQL Support Engineer. Switzerland. Our client is looking for a 3rd line Support Engineer with experience of Server Side HP Quality Center to support a number of different internal quality monitoring, survey and E-learning tools globally.
You will be the first point of contact for the tools' functional owners investigating errors, bugs and co-ordinating change associated with problem resolution.
You will test upgrades and patches prior to implementation as well as co-ordinating user tests and package deployment.
You will manage Server Side support, install and document patches in co-ordination with external service providers where required.
HP Quality Center experience is essential with MS SQL basic knowledge required for querying data and investigating potential data errors.
This position requires a self-starter with strong customer service experience used to working across multiple locations and time zones.
