Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Test Analyst wie folgt:

As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Providing 3rd-level software product support, including: case review, confirmation of potential failures, and root-cause analysis of confirmed failures
Classifying problems and assessing the potential risk of occurrence across product lines
Assessing the root-cause of Potential Critical Complaints (PCCs) to determine if the problem results from a design flaw or an implementation weakness
Implementing the defined process for Corrective Actions / Preventative Actions (CAPA)
Providing Verification & Validation teams with clear information and documentation about complaints, and assisting with the creation of test cases
Coaching team members in product and healthcare topics
Providing input to continually improve IU (support) processes, testing efficiency, and product quality

MUSTS:
Masters degree in IT (University, applied sciences, ETH, HTL) or comparable professional experience
Direct experience in a hospital/laboratory environment or experience with medical devices
Knowledge of software development under Caché platforms
Exposure to regulatory and quality requirements for European and/or US IVD markets
Desire to learn and to achieve results
