On behalf of our major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a Financial Reporting (Travel/expenses) for an assignment in Switzerland.
Role Overview
The T&E (travel and expenses) Specialist manages the processes of the Group entities, ensuring quality and effectiveness of the processes, securing company assets by applying tight controls in the financial transactions, while providing accurate financial information and timely reporting of balances. This role ensures that systems and documentation are in place and actively contributes continuous improvement projects to provide highly effective and efficient end-to-end processes to the divisions involved. Main tasks
Supports transition regarding knowledge transfer and critical deliverables Provides services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions Interacts with all functional areas of the FSC to ensure appropriate accounting, financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters is accomplished Coordinate with local entity, FSC and outsourced activities to provide seamless service Supportsntinuous improvement, process changes to have an efficient and effective process Contributes to measurement and delivery of service levels Travel Requests process including approvals and advance payment Travel and Expense Claims including receipts processing and payment of claims General and Customer service including delegations, reminders and reporting Manage Training on process and related systems for end-users, and outsourced operations Acts as a super user for T&E Corresponds to internal and external inquiries Who you are Administrative Education Good customer service skills Learning Agility Good working knowledge with IT applications Miscellaneous
