Swisslinx is looking for an Application Developer on behalf of one of our clients, a well-known Swiss Bank.
In this interesting role, you will design software solutions according to requirements, create program specifications, create software components (using PL/1, DB2, IMS, JCL Corba) and ensure that implementation matches needs of requirements. In addition to this, you will maintain traceability between implementation and requirements, provide support for testers, and provide input to the Project Manager for the project plan and implementation prioritisation.
To be considered for this role, your CV must reflect the following skills:
- A former experience in design software solutions/Software component creation
- Knowhow of PL/1, DB2, IMS, JCL, MQ, Webservices/Corba
- Knowledge on performance measurement tool (STROBE)
- Experience in testing support
- Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and IT experts
- Unix knowledge would be a strong asset
- Experience and knowledge of financial instrument area would also be highly appreciated
- German would be a bonus
