For our client in Geneva, we are recruting a service desk engineer to support the local and EMEA offices of 500+ users.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast moving IT department, office 2007 skills, experience to support a Windows Active Dir/ Exchange environment.
You provide timely solutions to incidents. maintain a stock of PCs ready to be rolled out. manage and maintain patching and cabling.
It is essential that:
-you have at least 2 years experience in a similar position
-are MCP qualified
-have strong MS Office 2007 skills
-are available to be on call one weekend in every 15
