We are looking for a release and testing Administrator for our Investment bank client in Switzerland. This is a multi-functional role to plan and manage the testing, the Release Control process and the procurement process for the system hardware across all environments. The ideal candidate will be eager to manage and plan all aspects of the teams release process including testing and hardware installations. This is a role for a person with enthusiasm and drive to not only plan and manage processes, but to manage dependencies and follow up actions. Must be able to work with other people to negotiate and get things done.

Responsibilities:
Working within a team to plan and administer release and testing needs
Manage and execute the steps in the release process to get applications into UAT and production
Create application packages for deployment as needed
Plan testing plans, strategies, and schedules
Coordinate testing resources
Participate in testing and QC as needed
Order System hardware and upgrades as needed
Experience in release processes a plus
Previous experience developing Tests and planning strategy
DB admin, SQL or Reporting experience a plus.
Professional, flexible and positive attitude.
Highly motivated, self-starter who can work effectively alone as well as with in a team.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, identify problems and seek solutions
Excellent and persuasive people skills
