For our customer in the area of Zurich we are looking for a Release and Testing Administrator
Responsibilities
- Working within a team to plan and administer release and testing needs
- Manage and execute the steps in the release process to get applications into UAT and production
- Create application packages for deployment as needed
- Plan testing plans, strategies, and schedules
- Coordinate testing resources
- Participate in testing and QC as needed
- Order System hardware and upgrades as needed
Requirements
To be effective in this role the candidate must have the following skills and qualifications
- Experience in release processes
- Previous experience developing Tests and planning strategy
- DB admin, SQL or Reporting experience a plus
- Professional, flexible and positive attitude
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can work effectively alone as well as with in a team
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, identify problems and seek solutions
- Excellent and persuasive people skills
- Fluently in both English and German
