*Microsoft Windows 2003 & 2008 Server
*Microsoft Cluster Services
*MS terminal Server
*Server virtualization with VMware ESX 4/Virtual Infrastructure
*ITIL process experience.
*Large banking environment working in a server/infrastructure role.
*Experience with being on-call and working a shift-based rota, and appreciation of weekend
